Do You Have parking?
Oh yes! We have free, off-road parking for between 30-40 cars, as well as a charging point for your tour bus.
What time should I arrive for my booking?
We ask that you arrive no earlier than 10-15 minutes before the start of your booking and also that your studio is vacated promptly at the end, ideally within 10 minutes. Bands going over this time may be subject to extra charges.
which payment methods do you accept?
We take cash and cards, but we can also send you an invoice or text message payment link, whatever is most convenient for you.
do you have a shop?
Yes indeed - we sell strings, sticks, picks, drumheads...all the things you need as well as a few things you didn't know you needed!
how far ahead do i need to book?
To book one of our rehearsal studios it's probably best to look at least two weeks ahead for an evening slot. It is, however, always worth getting in touch just in case we have any cancellations.
If you're looking for an individual practice session we can usually find you a space at most times of the day!
Can I buy refreshments?
We offer free tea and coffee, but we also have a snack shop and a small selection of alcoholic beverages (don't worry, we are licensed!).

Is there a minimum length for bookings?
Yes - after 7pm it's a minimum of 3 hours for group bookings.
For individual practice sessions, it's a minimum of 1 hour. This applies all day, not just after 7pm.
what's your cancellation policy?
More than 72 hours before booking - £0
Between 72 and 24 hours before booking - 50% of booking fee
Less than 24 hours before booking / non-attendance of a booking - 100% of booking fee
Is there disabled access?
Yes - every door into the building is wheelchair accessible and every studio is on the ground floor. We also have disabled toilet facilities as well as a hearing aid loop in the reception area.
