We have a great range of accessories and spares for musicians from strings, sticks, leads, picks, drum heads and much more! Check out our online shop to see what we have in-store.
We can accommodate tour buses with parking right outside our tour production studio. We also have tour bus charging power points whilst you're in rehearsals.
There's complementary parking available for all our clients. We have plenty of spaces available onsite so you won't need to walk your equipment far or lose precious rehearsal time while you find a parking space!
We have several chill out areas and comfortable lounges with sofas, seating, music, screens and even a pool table!
We have plenty of unisex toilets throughout and a disabled toilet the building.
In addition to our refreshments, we offer free tea and coffee in our kitchen facilities which are also equipped with fridges, microwaves and dishwashers.
We have guest wifi available throughout the whole building with booster boxes in each studio.
At reception you'll find a great range of snacks and drinks to keep you energised. We're also licensed to serve alcohol and have a nice selection of chilled beers, wines and spirits too.
Our premises and studios are all monitored by CCTV and have security doors.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before the start of your booking.
WHAT TIME DO I NEED TO VACATE?
We ask that your studio is vacated promptly (no later than 10 minutes after your scheduled finish time) as there may be other bands waiting. Bands exceeding this time may be subject to extra charges.
CAN I EXTEND MY BOOKING?
It may not be possible to extend 'on the day', this depends on other bookings, but we will try our best to accommodate where we can.
how far ahead do i need to book?
To book one of our rehearsal studios it's probably best to look at least two weeks ahead for an evening slot. It is, however, always worth getting in touch just in case we have any cancellations.
If you're looking for an individual practice session we can usually find you a space at most times of the day!
Is there a minimum length for Rehearsal bookings?
Yes - after 7pm it's a minimum of 3 hours for group bookings.
For individual practice sessions, it's a minimum of 1 hour. This applies all day, not just after 7pm.
what's your cancellation policy?
More than 72 hours before booking = £0
Between 72 and 24 hours before booking = 50% of booking fee
Less than 24 hours before booking / non-attendance of a booking = 100% of booking fee
CAN I HIRE ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT?
We have a range of extra hire items including amps, keyboards and In-Ear Monitoring systems. Get in touch to discuss your requirements and pricing.
DO YOU HAVE STORAGE/ CAN I LEAVE MY EQUIPMENT WITH YOU?
We don't currently have any availability for storage. If you are rehearsing with us and have block booked consecutive days then you can of course leave your gear set up for the duration of your booking.
DO YOU OFFER AUDIO/TECH SUPPORT?
We have staff who can help to get you up and running and familiarise you with our equipment/mixing desks. If you require a dedicated sound engineer then let us know in advance and we can discuss your requirements.
CAN I HOLD AUDITIONS WITH YOU?
Yes! The Hive Rooms is a comfortable, welcoming environment with a great range of facilities and lounges that make it the ideal place to audition new band members.
We are just a 10 minute walk from Horley (on the mainline between London and Brighton) which has a selection of cafes, pubs, restaurants and supermarkets.
CAN I ORDER TAKEAWAY?
Yes of course! All the food delivery apps deliver right to our door and there's a great selection of food outlets in nearby Crawley.
Can I buy refreshments?
We offer free tea and coffee, but we also have a snack shop and a small selection of alcoholic beverages (don't worry, we are licensed!).
HOW CAN I TRAVEL TO YOU?
If you are driving, we are located just off Junction 9 of the M23. Horley Train Station is just a 10 minute walk from our studios with Gatwick Airport Train Station a short taxi ride away.
Do You Have parking?
Oh yes! We have free, off-road parking for around 40 cars, as well as a charging point for your tour bus.
DO YOU HAVE disabled access?
Yes - every door into the building is wheelchair accessible and every studio is on the ground floor. We also have disabled toilet facilities as well as a hearing aid loop in the reception area.
WHICH payment methods do you accept?
We take cash and cards, but we can also send you an invoice or text message payment link, whatever is most convenient for you.
CAN WE SPLIT OUR BILL?
Yes of course, we can split studio payments equally between band members.

Yes indeed - we sell strings, sticks, picks, drumheads...all the things you need as well as a few things you didn't know you needed!
